REGISTRATION DEADLINES

All registrations to be received by 19 February 2010. Delegates who register after this date may not have their names appear in the 'List of Attendees' distributed onsite.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you notification via email within 3 - 5 business days.

Upon receipt of payment, confirmation shall be sent to you via email within 3 - 5 business days. If you do not hear from us, please send an email to: info@hiwate.eu

Registration is not complete until receipt of your payment.

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTIONS & REFUND POLICY

If you wish to cancel your registration you can inform the HiWATE Project Secretariat via email to: info@hiwate.eu. Please note registration fees for this event are non refundable.

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. Requests for substitution must be made via email to the HiWATE Project Secretariat: info@hiwate.eu.

SECURITY

For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which is required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organized functions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programs and to close registrations when programs are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non refundable airline/train tickets.

Should the HiWATE Conference & Open Day be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, your HiWATE Members registration fee will be partly refunded.

By registering, I agree not to copy or permit to be copied, in any form or format, without the express written permission of the organisers, any of the contents of the attendee list.
I also agree not to use the list contents for any commercial, marketing, promotional, or political purposes.
By registering for the conference, you have given permission to the organizers to send regular emails and/or marketing materials, describing its products and services. You will have the opportunity to opt out from the circulation list if you choose.
