The conference invites decision makers and stakeholders from across the EU to discuss strategic water management issues and to actively participate in the process (external link).

Conference aims:

Aims at encouraging the active involvement of citizens and stakeholders and to draw maximum attention to the preparations of the River Basin Management Plans.

Registration is open until 1st of March 2009. There will be open registration for a maximum of 400 participants. Please note that the conference is free of charge (no registration or conference fee).
However, be aware that the European Commission is not covering any travel and/or accommodation costs.
